Co-Founder
Team Member One is the Co-Founder and one of the Head Bakers behind Zanburry. What started as a love for baking grew into a 9+ year journey of building Zanburry from the ground up. From recipe testing and product development to social media, customer relationships, events, suppliers, and the occasional kitchen chaos, Team Member One has had a hand in almost every part of the business. A Business graduate with a background in HR and marketing, she brings a slightly unexpected mix of creativity, people skills, and business brain to the kitchen. She’s happiest when she’s creating something new, obsessing over the tiniest details, or watching someone take their first bite of a Zanburry dessert.

Co-Founder
As Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Team Member Two has been part of Zanburry since it began in 2026. With a background in Finance and a deep-rooted passion for baking, she develops and refines recipes, tests new products and keeps perfecting techniques so every Zanburry creation meets the brand’s standards of quality and taste. She oversees daily operations, finances, supplier relationships, production and client communication, and has handled everything from intimate celebrations to large-scale corporate orders. Beyond the numbers, Team Member Two believes the heart of Zanburry lies in its people, its handcrafted products and the relationships built along the way, and that everything should be made with genuine care.
